Bio: Ernest “Hawk” Hawkins is an established personal trainer with more than 15 years training and coaching experience. Hawk enjoys working with people of all ages and levels of fitness that have personal desires to improve their lifestyles. As a former high school and collegiate athlete, he draws his knowledge and experience from his extensive athletic background. He believes that physical fitness should be an essential part of everyone’s life. Training and coaching provides him with the opportunity to share his knowledge. Hawk is constantly studying and implementing new fitness techniques, to create challenging and unique training experiences for his clients. He is a strong believer that improving one’s physical strength leads to personal growth of both mind and body.
